# Black Anvil - Data Deletion Policy

*Effective date: Sept 2, 2025*

Black Anvil’s tools does not collect or store personal information from social media or CRM data that users submit to us. We only access publicly available business advertising data provided by publicly accessible API services and data that users offer us.

If you have connected your social media account to our app, we may temporarily store your access token for the sole purpose of querying the API. These tokens are not shared with third parties and are removed when no longer needed.

If you would like to request deletion of any data associated with your use of this app, please contact us at **privacy@blackanvil.ca**. We will confirm and complete the deletion of any stored information within 30 days.
